Privacy Policy — Draft
Review this draft legally and adapt it to your final hosting location, retention policy, SMS/email providers and customer contracts before public launch.
Account information
The platform stores registration information such as name, mobile number, email, organization, job title, country and intended use in order to operate accounts and manage customer access.
Usage information
The platform records product usage, successful analysis events, timestamps and access requests. By default, analysis history may also store compound name and SMILES so users and administrators can identify prior analyses. This can be disabled with the server setting STORE_ANALYSIS_INPUTS=false.
Credentials
Passwords are stored as secure Argon2 hashes; the original password is not stored or visible to administrators. Session identifiers are stored as hashes in the database.
Administration
Authorized administrators can manage account status, plans, quotas, access expiry, customer stage and support notes.
Scientific inputs
Do not submit confidential compound or proprietary research information unless your organization's data-handling requirements are compatible with the configured hosting and retention policy.
